Raja yogas are Shubha (‘auspicious’) yogas according to Vedic Astrology. They are believed to give success and a great rise in career or business, and a high degree of financial prosperity particularly during the dasha of the planets that give rise to Raja yogas. According to Vedic Astrology, there are in total 32 types of Raja Yogas that offer status, prestige and honor to a native. Neecha-Bhanga Raja Yoga
A Neech Bhang Raj Yoga can bring its native results extremely similar to those achieved by a proper Raj Yoga. Neech Bhang Raja Yoga can show results stronger than a proper Raja Yoga, and this Neech Bhang Raja Yoga can give the native the status of a King or Emperor.
This yoga indicates cancellation of a debilitated planet. This condition yields a benefic result that gives rise to a Raja Yoga. A planet attains neech bhanga condition when it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

Causes of Raja Yogas
These Raja Yogas result from a mutual relationship between:
- AscendantIt is the first house in the horoscope. More lord on one side and lord of the fourth or fifth or seventh or nineth or tenth houses on the other. Thus 5 combinations arise.
- Lord of the fourth house on one side and the lord of the fifth or nineth house on the other side. Thus 2 combinations arise.
- The lord of the fifth house on one side and the lord of the seventh or tenth on the other side. Two combinations arise like this.
- The lord of the seventh house on one side and lord of nineth on the other side.
- The lord of the nineth on one side and lord of tenth house on the other side.
Types of Raja Yogas
According to Rishi Prashara there are some more Raj Yogas:
- A conjunction or mutual aspect between the lord of the fifth and the lord of the nineth. This combination gives royal status to the native.
- Exchange between lords of fourth and tenth houses, aspected by or associated with the fifth or the nineth lords.
- Lord of the fourth and the tenth associating with lords of fifth or nineth.
